The destructive manner in which the current administration is decimating our borders, sovereignty and safety can no longer be ignored. It has become apparent that this Administration and the Democratic Party are simply ignoring the will of the people and have allowed power, greed and hate to completely destroy the oath they took when entering office. While the Declaration of Independence was written long ago and is relevant to the King of England’s intentions, in today’s environment all we need to do is replace the word “King” with “Joe Biden/Democrats” and the reality becomes harshly evident that we have a party in office who is ruling by Executive Orders to appease his/their appetite for the complete destruction of our country.

“When in the Course of human events, it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another, and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature’s God entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation.”

Although the Declaration of Independence talks about immigration, it is not spoken of lightly. It is meant to be done in a way that keeps the integrity and safety of American citizens first and foremost. Immigration has to be done according to our laws. Congress is where immigration laws are enacted or changed. During President Trump’s administration, the courts made it very clear that Executive Orders were not an acceptable way to enact changes to our immigration laws. Yet, with this new administration, suddenly things are acceptable, encouraged and never questioned.

“ We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.–That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, –That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to affect their Safety and Happiness.”

With the stroke of a pen, President Biden has literally shut down the completion of border security which has left already paid for labor and prepaid materials going to waste. He has opened our borders wide, although White House statements and statements from DHS imply otherwise. Regardless of how they tell us; Illegals simply have to utter the word “asylum” and they are admitted! We cannot allow nor should we accept our government to FORBID our brave Border Patrol agents from speaking to the media to tell what is happening at our southern border. Although all illegals are not criminals, without being vetted, we have no idea what their background checks would reveal. Criminals are blindly being ushered in without a thought for the safety of American citizens and at the same time we have officials talking about defunding our police departments. I shudder to think of the wave of crimes coming to our communities and the effect on innocent American citizens such as my son, Sgt Brandon Mendoza of the Mesa Arizona Police Department EOW 5/12/2014.

“For taking away our Charters, abolishing our most valuable Laws, and altering fundamentally the Forms of our Governments”

This administration is failing with these destructive Executive Orders and they are fully aware that this is creating not only an economic catastrophe but a health crisis. There is utter chaos at our borders and this administration is scrambling to cover up this crime. They are transporting COVID positive illegals to the interior of the United States, while still trying to keep Americans in lock down mode and fining American citizens for trying to responsibly open their businesses or simply go about life. This is nothing short of a foreign invasion that is encouraged, aided and abetted by President Biden and every elected official who votes to secure the rights of those illegally entering our country. Because of these Executive Orders, Americans will have to face the reality of jobs becoming unavailable to them because, at the behest of our very elected officials, we have a government who is working overtime for the protection of illegals being allowed into our country in overwhelming and uncontrollable numbers. They are coming here for American jobs. They are coming here for every taxpayer benefit that are becoming less available for those they were intended for. They will be housed on Military bases, hotels, community outreach programs and in the same “detention centers” previous administrations have used. It is more important to this administration to support illegals than to protect its own citizens. Americans are still struggling to provide meals for their families amid the job losses, yet our government finds the funds to feed these illegals. They will provide them with a warm bed at night. They will provide them with medical attention. They will transport them wherever this administration deems them necessary to be placed. This is all provided on taxpayer funds. Decisions we are not allowed to vote on, nor will our elected officials listen to us.

“He has abdicated Government here, by declaring us out of his Protection and waging War against us”

The administration is currently transporting these illegals to many cities across our nation. If they test them for covid and if positive, they simply warn them about social distancing and put them on US transportation which includes buses and planes. At this point, they are placing the burden of Covid testing on the ill-equipped communities they are dropping them in and they aren’t checked to see if they are carrying other communicable diseases. The upcoming wave of positive cases they have warned us about is actually being implemented by our government through the transportation of thousands of positive covid illegals into our communities. This is being done by Joe Biden’s Executive Orders and mandates.

“For imposing Taxes on us without our Consent”

Taxation without Representation! EVERY piece of legislation currently being written and voted on in Congress and Senate are taxes that WILL BE imposed on American citizens WITHOUT our consent. EVERY free benefit given to an illegal is a tax imposed on American citizens WITHOUT our consent. Our government giving illegals stimulus money, which will likely be spent to pay their passage to America, is like paying a terrorist organization to do their bidding

“For suspending our own Legislatures, and declaring themselves invested with power to legislate for us in all cases whatsoever” We the People are not being acknowledged. We the People are responsible for every financial decision our elected officials are making. This isn’t a bail out for Americans; it’s a BAIL IN for illegals who are coming to get every free benefit our elected officials deem them deserving of. It is fundamental dishonesty for our elected officials to say one thing to our faces and enact legislation that says otherwise. Giving voting rights to illegals is to ultimately change the demographics to ensure government power without regard to the cost of human lives to obtain it.
